Job Description / Responsibility
  • Assisting the HR & Admin team to execute HR & Admin operations of the organization effectively
  • Assist in conducting HR & Admin field work as per organizational requirement
  • Provide support and assist in coordinating the training and induction programs of the organization
  • Prepare and execute HR & Admin related documentations as per organizational requirement
  • Maintain and update HR & Admin related database regularly
  • Conduct general HR & Administrative works as per organizational requirement
  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Educational Requirements
    BBA or Bachelors (in any subject) from a reputed University
Job Requirements
  • Age At most 25 year(s)
  • Must be available and willing to commit three (03) months for the internship
  • Working experience in the HR or Admin field will be an added advantage
  • Good Communication (written & spoken) skill in both Bengali & English
  • Proficiency in computer application programs (Ms Word, Ms Excel, e-mailing, Bangla typing, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and work under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
